The Bramley Golf Club Clubhouse Lounge and Bar

Bramley Golf Club's clubhouse features two bars - the James Braid Bar (or "Spike Bar", named after the famous golfer who remodelled the golf course) and the Faulkner Room (named after Gus and Max Faulkner, father and son golf professionals, for so long associated with Bramley Golf Club).  

The Faulkner Room is our main lounge bar, dining room and entertaining space.  Both bars feature comfortable furniture for relaxing or dining and each has wall-mounted flat screen televisions with full Sky transmissions, showing live sporting action from around the world .  

The televisions are complete with HDMI connectivity, allowing link up to lap top computers for presentation purposes.  Wi-fi is available throughout the club house so bring your laptop and catch up on emails.

We have a range of lagers, ciders and ales on draught as well as Guinness.  As would be expected, we also have a comprehensive wine list at very reasonable prices by the bottle and glass and a large selection of bottled beers (including non-alcoholic beers), lagers, ciders and the full range of spirits and mixers. 

We offer an eclectic range of teas and coffees. For our teas, we serve a large selection from the "teapigs" range, including darjeeling, earl grey, green tea with mint, silver tips white tea, peppermint, chamomile flowers, lemon and ginger, as well as chai and everyday English Breakfast tea. 

Our La Scala coffee machine allows us to serve plain black or white coffees, latte, cappucino, espresso, mocha and hot chocolate. Feel free to make them Irish, Calypso or any other variant on request.

Bar Menu and Daily Specials

Michael and his team offer a bar menu of regular popular breakfasts, snacks and meals and also a selection of daily specials featuring fresh and local produce including steaks, soups, fish and salads.   

Clubhouse Opening Times

Winter 

Open at 7:30am ~ Close at 5:00pm or when darkness falls, whichever is the later.

Summer (British Summer Time)

Open at 7:30am ~ Close at 10:00pm*

*In April and October, the clubhouse closes at 9:00pm.  Throughout the whole of Britsih Summer Time, the bar may close one hour earlier than this time at the discretion of the bar staff on duty, only if there are NO cars in the car park.

Starts at 8:00am ~ Finishes at 4:00pm (9:00pm Fridays).

Summer (British Summer Time)

Starts at 8:00am ~ Finishes at 6:00pm (9:00pm Fridays)
