We have two rooms at Bramley Golf Club which are available for hire for private functions. They are the Faulkner Room, our main function room, lounge and bar and the James Braid Bar, a smaller room with its own service bar.
The Faulkner Room
Our most popular room for functions the Faulkner Room comprises a dining area, servery, lounge area and bar, with beautiful views over the golf course and Chinthurst Hill, a local wildlife sanctuary and nature reserve. The room is capable of being divided, with a movable wall creating a private function area away from the lounge and bar.
We can arrange the dining format in round tables of 8 or 6, or larger rectangular tables, with options for formal dining or more casual finger buffet style. Please contact the office directly about your event and possible numbers upon enquiry.
The Faulkner Room has floor to ceiling picture windows, which can open and fold away giving access to the outdoor terrace, enabling guests to enjoy our surroundings 'al fresco'.
The James Braid Bar
This smaller room is available for smaller business meetings or bridge evenings. Depending on numbers we can offer bar food or finger buffet options for a smaller number of guests. Please enquire directly with the office for options and availability
Function Enquiries
If you would like to find out more about holding your function or event at Bramley Golf Club, the first and most important task is to establish if we have availability to host your function on your preferred date. To enquire about availability, please call the golf club office on 01483 892696.
If we have a date that suits your requirements, we can provisionally hold this date for you for up to seven days whilst you decide upon the menus and plan your event. If you would like to come and view the function room and meet the team, please call in advance so we can make sure an appropriate member of our team is available to meet you and answer any questions you may have.
