In 2012, we have reduced our hire charges.  For larger functions where expenditure behind the bar in any one event is over £1500, the hire is waived (50% of the hire charge is returned for bar expenditure over £1000).  Irrespective of bar expenditure, we offer the most competitive hire charges in Guildford when compared with other high quality venues.
