Bramley Golf Club's clubhouse provides ideal accommodation for a full range of celebrations, private functions including wakes, as well as business seminars, business breakfasts and presentations.
But we go further than other venues.......
 Hire Bramley for a private function, and we will grant you two complimentary social memberships for one year (worth £80). As such the event hirees can use the bar, restaurant and driving range, as well as attend a range of functions (such as quiz evenings, cooking demonstrations etc.) throughout their year of social membership.
Social membership gives the pass holder a 15% discount off our bar prices and this can be used at your function.
For functions where bar spend is greater than £1000, 50% of the hire fee is returned; Where bar spend is greater than £1500, then 100% of the hire charge is returned.
Free wi-fi is available on request.
Our clubhouse accommodation includes two separate areas:
- named after the Club's historic association with Club Professional Gus Faulkner and his son, the 1951 Open Champion, Max.
The Faulkner Room presents the ideal environment for a special occasion.
This open plan space provides an air conditioned environment with dining room, dance floor, lounge bar, flat screen TV and relaxing sofas area, complete with library. A concealed partition can be pulled out to temporarily sub divide the space to create an intimate conference area, seating up to 70 delegates. One side of the partition is specially coated to act as a giant screen ideal for audio / visual presentations.
Centre stage of this room are the glorious views of the course with lake, sparkling fountain and the slopes of Chinthurst Hill beyond. The whole width of the south facing side of the suite has an expanse of French windows that make the most of the view. During fine weather these can be fully opened and folded back making the stunning view a seamless backdrop to the room and offer direct access to the al fresco terrace that wraps around the Clubhouse.

This room is a self contained space ideal for an intimate seminar or Board meeting, seating up to 25 delegates. A central large flat screen TV provides excellent audio / visual facilities (including internet access) and as the name suggests, the room has its own private bar and coffee machine.
The James Braid Bar may be hired on its own on an exclusive use basis or as additional conference space to the Faulkner Room. Seating may be arranged to suit, i.e. theatre style (25), individual table groups (20) or board room style (12).
