              Janette Hall - Lady Captain

                  Welcome to Bramley Ladies Section.

We have nearly 120 members - different ages, different handicaps - but all of whom enjoy playing golf here at Bramley.

Our Ladies' Day is Tuesday; we have a Business Ladies Section who play at weekends, and a regular Ladies' Roll-Up on a Thursday morning - so there are plenty of opportunities to meet up and play golf with other ladies each week.

Throughout the year we have a full diary of events - medals and stablefords, Cup competitions, match-play tournaments, qualifiers for National competitions such as the Daily Mail Foursomes. But we also make sure we have plenty of ‘fun' competitions too.  And we enjoy those special events - our Meetings and Invitations - when we can end the day with a sociable meal in our excellent restaurant.

We enter teams in several Surrey Ladies County Golf Association competitions, including the Hicks Scratch Team Tournament, the Pearson Trophy, Centenary Bowl, Inter-Club Foursomes, and the Hindhead Salver.

Over the summer we play Friendly Matches with 20 different local Clubs. No matter what your handicap, these fixtures are a great opportunity for friendly rivalry on other courses. And each July we welcome golfers to our Ladies Open - always a popular event. You can download the entry form from January each year.

We are always very happy to welcome new members - 12 ladies have joined our Section this year - and our ‘liaison team', Annelies and Lesley, will make sure you quickly feel part of our friendly Club.  If you are interested in joining us, you will find further membership details on this website.
