Events Terms and Conditions
Summary of Terms and Conditions:
1. Members of the club are offered a percentage discount off selected room rates depending on category.
2. The Faulkner Room can accommodate up to 60 guests behind the partition wall.
This wall will be removed for events with over 60 guests.
The Faulkner Room hire rates include shared access to the lounge/bar area and the terrace.
If an event client would like exclusive use of the entire Faulkner Room, including the lounge/bar, terrace and dining room, the venue hire fee will be uplifted to the wedding rate.
3. To confirm your date a non-refundable venue hire fee is due and is not payable by cash.
4. The cost of a bar extension to midnight is £125.
5. Numbers and full payment must be confirmed and paid 14 days in advance for all external events. Any outstanding amounts are due within 7 days of the invoice.
