Bramley Golf Club have been helping local charities for over 50 years. Every year our Men’s and Ladies Captains choose a Charity to support. During the Pandemic our members supported the amazing efforts of the NHS – raising funds for the delivery of Wellbeing Packs to Royal Surrey County Hospital staff.
Over the past 2 years our Captains, Jenny McAteer and Stu Butler supported Air Ambulance Kent, Surrey, Sussex and the Golf Day in September raised a significant amount for the Charity.

This year Club Captain Steve Longdon has chosen Godalming-based ARTHOUSE Unlimited and Lady Captains Sue Harris and Christine Ryan Alzheimers Research UK.
ARTHOUSE is a charity that represents a collective of artists living with complex neuro-diverse and physical support needs. The artists work along-side instructors to create artworks which are developed into designer products for sale. The enterprise is based in Godalming offers a sense of purpose in line with the belief that feeling truly respected improves health happiness and well being.
Alzheimer’s Research – finding a cure for diseases that cause dementia.
Their mission is to bring about the first life-changing dementia treatment by 2025. The vision is a world where people are free from the fear, harm and heartbreak of dementia
There are many events planned throughout the year, which started in earnest at the Captain’s ‘Drive in’ – setting the bar with an auction for new Club Captain Car Parking Space !
