* Weddings

The room hire charge for a wedding includes making the room available to setting up and decorations in advance, a bar extention until midnight, additional staff for set-up, service and breakdown, exclusive use of the entire room and bar area and the wall drapes if required.  All of these items are chargeable extras for other events.  

Terms & Conditions:

1. In order to take advantage of the lower rates for members, the event sponsor must be a BGC member.

2. In the Faulkner Room, events up to 60 guests can be accommodated behind the partition wall.  This wall will be removed for events with over 60 guests.  The Faulkner Room hire rates include shared access to the lounge/bar area and the terrace.  If an event client would like exclusive use of the entire Faulkner Room, including the lounge/bar, terrace and dining room, the venue hire fee will be uplifted by 50%.

3. The venue hire fee covers the costs of staff overtime and other costs. The cost of a bar extension from 11:30pm to midnight is £95.  And a menu of additional services (like room drapes, decorative lighting, balloon nets etc…) is available.

Function Enquiries

If you would like to find out more about holding your function or event at Bramley Golf Club, the first and most important task is to establish if we have availability to host your function on your preferred date.  To enquire about availability, please call the golf club office on 01483 892696.

If we have a date that suits your requirements, we can provisionally hold this date for you for up to seven days whilst you decide upon the menus and plan your event.  If you would like to come and view the function room and meet the team, please call in advance so we can make sure an appropriate member of our team is available to meet you and answer any questions you may have.
