Function Room Hire Charges

* Weddings

The room hire charge for a wedding does not include the items below but these can be arranged with our team.

• Making the room available to setting up and decorations in advance subject to availability
• A bar extention of £125 until midnight
• Additional staff for set-up, service and breakdown
• Wall drapes if required
• Wall and ceiling lights if required
• Chair covers
• Table decorations
• Table and Chair Hire (Up to 90 Guests)
• Additional services can be discussed with the team
• All of these items are chargeable extras

All rates shown include VAT and are effective from 1st September 2020

If you would like to find out more about holding your function or event at Bramley Golf Club and to enquire about availability, please call the golf club office on 01483 892696 option 2

If we have a date that suits your requirements, we can provisionally hold this date for you for up to 7 days whilst you decide upon the menus and plan your event.  If you would like to come and view the function room and meet the team, please call in advance so we can make sure an appropriate member of our team is available to meet you and answer any questions you may have.

Summary of Terms and Conditions:

1. Members of the club are offered a percentage discount off selected room rates depending on category.

2. The Faulkner Room can accommodate up to 60 guests behind the partition wall. 
This wall will be removed for events with over 60 guests. 
The Faulkner Room hire rates include shared access to the lounge/bar area and the terrace. 
If an event client would like exclusive use of the entire Faulkner Room, including the lounge/bar, terrace and dining room, the venue hire fee will be uplifted to the wedding rate.

3. To confirm your date a non-refundable venue hire fee is due and is not payable by cash.   

4. The cost of a bar extension to midnight is £125. 

5. Numbers and full payment must be confirmed and paid 14 days in advance for all external events. Any outstanding amounts are due within 7 days of the invoice.
