Bramley's resident chef Richard Gordon is a Godalming based chef and previous owner of the Fork Handles Kitchen in Petersfield. He specialises in locally sourced produce within a thirty-mile radius of his kitchen.
Richard trained at Guildford College and has a BA in Hospitality Management from Bournemouth University. He has extensive restaurant and events experience having run his own restaurant for 4 years and has cooked and studied with a number of Michelin Star chefs including Albert Roux and Anton Mosimann. His customer focused approach on food, event management and culinary design, has given him a real flair that allows him to produce beautifully crafted modern British inspired dishes that would not look out of place in restaurants and homes alike.
